Deleting Loans

We do not recommend deleting loans. It’s far easier to set access for shorter periods, so that you’re not left with loans that you cannot re-allocate to users.
But in exceptional circumstances, you can delete individual loans.
You will first need to uninstall Audio Notetaker from the user’s computer.
Select the loan in the Loan License Manager.
Click ‘Delete’.

You will need to confirm that you have uninstalled Audio Notetaker from the computer and re-enter your Passcode.
