Which Licence do you have?
A personal licence, bought through our website, or via the DSA? Your Licence Key will likely begin with the letters EAN, RAN, GAN or 0AN.
A licence loaned through your College or University? Your Licence Key will likely begin with the letters 1AN.
If you are unsure what licence you have then please email us at
support@sonocent.com with your Licence Key and we can advise you.
Personal Licences
You will need to contact us on
support@sonocent.com Please contact us from the email address you have already used to register Sonocent asking for your email to be changed. Include your full licence key and the new email address.
With data protection we can only amend and/or discuss your licence when we are contacted from the registered email address.
Loan Licence
This option is only available if your licence key begins 1AN.
- Open Audio Notetaker on your computer
- From the left of the Home Tab choose settings
- Select 'Change Licence Key'
- Reactivate Sonocent
- Fill in the registration details with the correct email address
