How to export text and images

You can export any combination of your Image pane, Reference pane or Text pane in two simple ways.

1. Click the Export Button and select Text and Images from the drop down list.

From the options menu that appears, chose which of the panes you would like to export and click OK.

You will then be able to chose a file name and location for the RTF file that is created.

2. You can simple copy all the text and images from your file onto the clipboard (where you can paste them in to another programme such as MS Word).

If you want to copy from a pane, that pane must be visible.

a) Right click in either the Reference Pane or Text Pane and choose Copy All Text and Images (Copy All Text with Image pane hidden)

b) Go to the Edit menu and select Copy All Text and Images (Copy All Text with Image pane hidden)

c) Use the shortcut key Ctrl L

This places your selection on the clipboard where you can paste into another application using the shortcut Ctrl V.
