Loan License the Student Process

Loan License Overview ⇨  Student Overview ⇨ Student Process

 

Step 1: The student receives your invite to use Sonocent (see the email template)

Step 2: They download and install Audio Notetaker (www.sonocent.com/updates)

Step 3: They activate Audio Notetaker with your License Key
 


The Student gets 14 days access to Audio Notetaker on their computer



Step 4: The License Administrator Approves the loan and sets a real expiry date

Step 5: When approved an automated email is sent to the student notifying of the new expiry date AND
inviting them to use Sonocent Link (including their PIN) (see the email template)

Step 6: They open Audio Notetaker and click to check whether their license has been approved

Step 7: They download Sonocent Link to the iOS or Android device

Step 8: They log into the Sonocent Link app with their email address and their PIN



The student can continue to use Audio Notetaker and the Sonocent Link app until their Loan period expires



Step 9: The License Administrator extends the students loan (see the automated email template)

Step 10: Audio Notetaker automatically picks up the new date and notifies the student (or the student can manually check for an extension)
