There are four Audio Notetaker File Manager tabs:

 

1. All Projects - See all your Audio Notetaker project files at one time and sort them by date or tags.
2. All Audio Files - Easily locate & play audio recordings and import them into Audio Notetaker.
3. Portable Device Manager - Transfer your Sonocent Recorder files or files from a Digital Recorder to Audio Notetaker.
4. Search Projects - Search the text of your Audio Notetaker files, and open the search result in Audio Notetaker at the relevant section.
