Audio replace lets you swap a poor recording for a better quality one, while keeping all your slides, text, sections and colours intact.
The feature will let you record with a digital recorder at the front of a lecture while you sit further back recording live into Audio Notetaker and making your notes. After the lecture, replace the poorer quality distance recording with the close-up one.
Or if you have access to Lecture Capture audio; record live into Audio Notetaker making your notes, and then afterwards import the Lecture Capture audio as the replacement.
To see how this works follow the tutorial Audio Replace.
Audio Replace can be found on the Tools button on the Toolbar. When you use Audio Replace your original project will remain untouched; we create a new project with your new audio.
Because the quality of the audio will differ between the two files the chunks will also be slightly different; this may cause section breaks and chunk colours to vary slightly.
