You can export the images alongside the text in the Text Pane using the methods explained in Exporting Text.
 

Individual images can be copied and pasted into other applications in the usual way; Selecting Cut or Copy places the image onto the clipboard from where you can paste them into other applications.

You can also extract the text from slides into the Text and Reference Pane.
