Search Projects

This allows you to search through all your Audio Notetaker files. We search through all folders where you have previously saved a file. You can see and edit the folders we search, see  File Manager - Options

If you used the Tag information at the top of your document then you can search here for a particular Topic, or Speaker.

The drop down boxes alongside these fields show the history of the files you have previously opened.

You can also search for any text within your document. We search both the reference and text panes and if you have added PowerPoint slides or PDF files to your image pane then we search any text in these as well.

You can re-order the search results in the normal way.

Double clicking on an entry will open the file and highlight the text you searched for. If your file is already open then we just scroll to the relevant section and highlight the text you searched for.
